Co-founder of The Dad Shift Alex Lloyd-Hunter was looking for channels to improve brand awareness for his initiative focused on improving paternity leave for dads and non-birthing parents in the UK. He worked with Spotlight Training Co on a podcast guesting strategy to make that happen.
